Training News

BBSCB and CBSCB provide information on training courses and events organised by other agencies. Please see the 'news' page for details.

Training Pool

The BBSCB & CBSCB aim to prove high quality training events that meet local needs within available resources. This requires developing and maintaining ‘an inter-agency pool' of suitably skilled and experienced practitioners and managers from LSCB member agencies who work together to assist the Training Officer and Training Manager in the design, delivery and evaluation of inter-agency training. 'Working Together to Safeguard Children 2006: 4.13' explores the LSCB role in this further.

The Training Pool provides an exciting opportunity for professional development and the Training manager - Eileen Moran or members of the Training and Development Implementation  Group would be pleased to hear from colleagues interested in membership.
